this guy and i have had this thing for a while now, and he used to like me (it's basically proven... big, major signs) but we're both really shy and we haven't talked together for so long... and i don't know whats going on. i've noticed that whenever he sees me, he gets kind of tense... and freezes up. My friend says he gets really nervous when she says my name. He'll stare and listen to me closely, but when i try to initiate eye contact, he'll turn his head away from me immediately. . . once in a while, he'll keep eye contact for a while, and theres look in his eye that makes me melt... it's like he has something to tell me, but i don't know what it is. If we ever talk, he'll stare at my lips. I know it's hard to tell since we haven't talked for so long, but do you think he still has feelings for me?

It was mostly work related. I had been under the gun working long hours....and her thing has always been "so what, everyone has issues, you make it work." She says all of my actions point to not wanting her to be the one, and that it hurts her too much to make me her primary focus. I apologized and tried to explain to no avail 7 days ago but have purposely let her be. should i wait another few weeks to contact her. i know the 30 day rule stuff...but still want to hear it outside of the "textbook" There are no other women involved...none of that stuff. just a demanding career with long hours and stress....but not THAT bad imo. it's a competetive world, gotta do what you gotta do.

Twice this summer I had my tire blow out on my way home from work, and my car was keyed. I have no proof but I suspect it is a woman who works here who is unhappy that I haven't been as flirtatious with her as she would like (she has a boyfriend, recently divorced due to her cheating, and is carrying on an affair with a guy who works here). She is not used to having guys not return her advances and I think she felt insulted. I wasn't nasty or anything I just let the things she would say slide. It's been a couple of months and when we have to work together we are perfectly friendly. Then she told a bunch of coworkers that I wanted her (I don't and never even joked about it) and they laughed at her, she was humiliated and now everyone knows it. She has had people complain to HR about her being forward before and nothing happened, maybe because she is actually very good at her job (we are scientists) and she would be diificult to replace.
What now???

btw my wife knows who she is

Hi all.

My previous question a few days ago was about a shadowbox i was thinking of giving my boyfriend for xmas (Custom made, to display his MANY track medals.)

Is this worth it? We're both 18 but hes pretty into that stuff, esp. displaying his things. I also need help getting an idea on how to get them from him. I might just tell him i need them and let him wonder.

Any other gift ideas to go with it? Thanks so much guys for your input! Really though, i just wanna know if its still a good idea and whatnot. I just wanna hear people's opinions. Thanks again guys.

My husband and I are going on our 5 year anniv. He has seemed to take a lot of interest in girl that his friend is trying to date...she seems to always be where he is (gym, night clubs, etc). He says they are just friends and that his "boy" is in to her, not him. He acts different when she is around; like not talking to her (or me), but he talkes to her all the time at the gym...should I be worried??

i have been talking to this guy for a couple of days now, i really like him...but a day a go, i got kind of upset and kind of hung up him, it was more like a dry good bye like okay bye and click..he was suppose to call me back that night but he didn't so i called him the next morning and asked what happened and he said he felt asleep ( he has a very demanding job) i asked if things were cool and he said yeah, he text me later that day (yesterday) confirming our date (1st) saying that we would be going to bj's at 9:30 to celebrate his buddys b-day...i asked if he would be picking me or if he wanted me to meet him 1/2 way there ( we live about 1/2 hr apart) he text back and said that it was up to me, i replied back and said that i would let him know when he called me in the nite. he didn't call.....does that mean that our date is not going to happen or will he call today? why would he confirm our date but not call back that nite to arrange it? should i call him and ask? guys help!

I discussed with a good friend whether we should be more than friends a few months ago. We decided not to, and our friendship has become closer and closer since. She touches me a lot more than other people, and she knows now that I she is my type. Is it possible a girl would trick a guy into more??

6 months ago I got to a breaking point with my husband. We had some pretty big issues around his depression. I booked a trip away and made the bad choice of inviting his mother because he is raising my son's cousin. We needed time away and I thought him having his best bud would be great for him and give us a chance to sort through some issues. I had to work the morning we were leaving and ran to the office and told them I would meet them in an hour. I called, was 5 minutes late, still had a client on the phone and my MIL ran out to my car and started yelling and cursing me. I backed out of my driveway to drive around the block and my MIL psycho dialed me. When I got back to the house, they had left, and I was mad. Called husband and he was cantancerous, apologized for the extra 10, MIL grabs the phone and tells me to pack and get out of my own house! It is MY house. In front of MY son. Big fight ensues and I end up picking up a gf and leaving for the weekend on my own. TBC

We had been in a school group together for a few months, so we knew each other, but we never really talked outside the group. Recently I added her to my friends list on Facebook, and she became very friendly to me; sitting next to me in class with lots of open seats available, specifically waiting for ME after an exam, offering to share her umbrella. I've also noticed her looking at me in class, and when I look back at her she quickly turns away. I just get the feeling she likes me from these and other little things, but I'm no expert. Any opinions

hello everyone.i am a member of yahoo answers for the past 2 months and the 'Singles and Dating'is my favourite section.i read almost all the quesions and answer some of them.guys in this section ask a variety of questions like 'how do i propose to a girl?','how to impress/attract a girl towards me?','how do i tell a girl that i like her and have feelings for her?'etc.People from all over the world answer these questions and frankly some answers are really good.however i feel this takes away the naturality and originality.look i am not saying answering questions is wrong but i feel people who ask questions should try their best to make their own solutions and turn to yahoo answers only when their effort is in vain. otherwise we might have a situation when a guy feels 'ok i like this girl, now let me ask people from yahoo answers how to woo her' so do u guys agree when i feel we should apply our natural instincts in dealing with situations and take yahoo answers help when unsuccessful.

Please answer without being judgment or presumptuous. It's just a question. You do not know who is asking or why it's being asked.
