Hi all.

My previous question a few days ago was about a shadowbox i was thinking of giving my boyfriend for xmas (Custom made, to display his MANY track medals.)

Is this worth it? We're both 18 but hes pretty into that stuff, esp. displaying his things. I also need help getting an idea on how to get them from him. I might just tell him i need them and let him wonder.

Any other gift ideas to go with it? Thanks so much guys for your input! Really though, i just wanna know if its still a good idea and whatnot. I just wanna hear people's opinions. Thanks again guys.

This is a very thoughtful gift. You need to decide if it's too expensive for you. If you go ahead with it, there's really only one solution to your problem. You're going to have to call him mom and get her in on the secret so she can deliver the medals to you. You might think it's a little scary, but mom's always like people who do nice things for their kids. It could be really good to get to know her anyway.

Well for one it would probably be cheaper to buy him a watch that has a stop clock on it. Or but him some runnig clothes. Or maybe a bracelet he can wear while running and has your name on it, and tell him to give it a kiss for good luck before every race. But your sure you want to spend that much on him. Not unles you'll already married go for it.

I'll think of ways to go if he's alone... I LOVE giving people surprises! GOOD LUCK and MERRY CHRISTMAS... be sure to get the Santa negligee

At 18 it is the thought that counts. Pricetags are not the main thing. If you can find something creative that he likes and it is in your budget go for it.
