She WAS in counseling. Now she is not. And whatever is going on with her now, she seems content to let it consume her rather than do anything about it. I have done some reading and research b/c I am really scared for her. Under THESE circumstances, I want to just tell her, "Look, I know you're frightened but I don't know why. But it scares me to, not b/c I'm worried, but b/c I care. I have done some reading on my own, and know you went to counseling before. What would you say if I said I thought I knew why? (And then tell her) I have suspected this for a while and still haven't left you and don't plan to now. I just wanted this out in the open so you know that I know and still love you, don't blame you, and want to be here for you."
As I said before, I am very nearly to the point that I would rather have her hate me and do something to help herself rather than try to figure out what's best for me in the context of her situation. So what would you do? Would you tell her?
