What do you do when you like this one guy and you have dated him before. And then you start talking again and he tells you that he really likes you still and you tell him the same because you truley feel that way but then he doesnt talk to you for a while. What do you do...do you let him go and if he comes back then talk again or do you just keep trying to talk to him?

Once you told him that you really liked him and he stopped talking, it was time to let him go.
There is a possibility that he is just making sure that he has a standby girl. You do not want to be anyone's standby. No one loves a standby, they are just making sure that they are not lonely.

Some guys would like that you keep in touch, some might like the attention. You cant know what they want unless they are communicating with you. In such cases as someone ignoring you...you have no idea what that person wants so do whatever you think is best for you...what you can handle in your given situation. If youre not interested in pursuing anyone else, then keep contact for a time and hope for a response. No responses after a time...he's probably not interested in pursuing you for whatever reasons not related to you. Peace.
