Do you know any good conversation topics?

I am really shy around girls and I am really attracted to this one girl. We have never spoken but she is on my mind constantly. The reason I am shy is because I have not yet had a girlfriend. And any advice you give to me would be appreciated. Thanking you in advance Mr. X.

I am new to this site and I would like to say sorry about my user name but I did not want to use my real name and Mr. X was all I could think of.

Also sorry if you get this question a lot but I really need advice and if more people answer hopefully I will have a better understanding of where I am going wrong thanks.

when it comes to talking to another person nothing is more important that being yourself. be who u are and dont try anything to impress her because then there you are not being you. every guy that is shy around girls needs to defenatly get more confidence in them selfs have confindece and tell your self constantly that u can do it. its all in your head. once u feel more confident with ur self then u will be ready to talk to ur crush but untill then u wont have the guts to do it.if things dont go the way u plan them to like if she doesnt like u back dont feel bad at all!!! be proud of urself for haveing the courage to talk to her and if u built the confindence to talk to ur big crush that step out of ur little bubble and take a look at the world because u will be ready to talk to any one out there!!!good luck !!!!-love sarah

Act naturally, be yourself nothing more nothing less!!!! Now let’s say you are a guy. You call up a girl and ask her out and she says, "No." What should you read into that? Nothing. It is as meaningless to you as it is to the Chicken Nugget. She simply did not want to have lunch with you for whatever reason, those reasons are totally random and there is nothing you can do about it. Take it at face value and walk away. To take it personally and beat yourself over the head with it is pointless.
Yes if a child gave up when she fell at her first steps she tuck, she would never lean to walk. So go go for it, what have you to lose walk tall and look her straight in the eye. Tell her she’s got beautiful eyes. You see!! Good luck?????????????

Stop apologizing. It's not becoming.

Talking with girls can be scary. But, you can prepare yourself with several "safe" topics.

If you're in the same class in school, homework or a problem that the teacher worked on is a good one.

Music, music videos, latest hot TV show or movie.

Sports that you know she's in to.

The important thing is to talk minimally about yourself, and ask her questions. Then respond to her answers. People love to talk about themselves and their interests. Try avoid takling about YOU unless she asks. Then keep the answers short and ask her more questions about herself.

One more thing...avoid saying "I don't know..." when asked your opinion about something. Tell her how you really feel, and be decisive. Women like that--no matter what us guys think!

Ask her what she thinks about Manchester United's loan signing of Henrik Larsson in the January transfer market and will it put an end to the rumours that Jermaine Defoe will be moving to Old Trafford during the transfer window?

First of all, stop apologising!
You just need to bite the bullet and go and talk to her, just say hello, once that all important ice is broken, you will be flying! You may talk rubbish and she probably will too, but don't worry about that, that happens to most people when meeting for the first time.
Be confident about who you are and also like your self, don't worry what others may think of you, that's there problem not yours.
I hope all goes well, and take care!

How are you at meeting people normally? What do you do? You smile, say "hi" and introduce yourself. You then make small talk about something more engaging than the weather.

So lets see:

1. Talk about something she's wearing. (Thats a lovely frock, I have one but in red)
2. Talk about something she's doing (ie, supermarket - "you don't use Persil washing up liquid do you? its fattening you know)".
3. Tell her she looks like someone famous but whose name escapes you. Ask her for help...etc

Don't swoon over her. That'll mess it up.

Start by being yourself. There's nothing better than that. You can get to meet each other. By doing so, you can get a hit on an interesting topic. Then, elaborate on that.

Well, try to be nice around her, and buy her some gifts. Then when you do that for a while, asked her to be your girlfriend. if she said no, then just say okay, and still be nice to her. then she might asked you.

just talk to her. If she talks back then thats a start. Its always good to become friends first and get to know them. if she ends up liking you then you should ask her out.
