you such a personal question and you are taken back by it....can you just say.."i do not know.."...(even though you do)...and it is no one's business to know that either...cuz you never know WHETHER SOMETHING WILL GET BACK TO THE OTHER PERSON...AND THEY WOULD FIND OUT YOU TOLD...??? do you feel white lies are alright to protect someone???? estimate what is the ratio...on this?...such as 50-50 think it is OK???

If they ask you a personal question, they aren't going to believe "I don't know"...you know about your personal info...why not reply with "why do you want to know?" and turn the question back on them...

People lie...it's just the way it is...but keep 'em to a minimum...even white ones...

answer it with a joke. you are under no obligation to answer personal questions just because someone asks. as you get older this skill develops. don't be on the defensive... Also change the subject or ask them a different question.

ex. How old are you? A: still not getting a senior discount...but I can't wait til I do. (lame but you get the point)

ex2: When was the last time you had sex? A: do you mean the last time TODAY? Then...I am sworn to secrecy...and wink. If someone presses on, then just laugh and tell them they got their answer already. hope this helps.

lying is not a good thing so do what i do... sensor the question with a sensor that doesn't have anything to do with the question 4 example if anybody ask, do U like someone tell them i like a lit of people
