Wake up, man. If you have the opportunity to have romance and friendship with her, you should seriously consider it. In any relationship, you're going to spend more time talking, negotiating, working, and playing with your love that you are making love. The friendship will help it last.

I am not sure that it is so much her tricking you as it is that you are just growing closer. I do believe that you can become more than friends. In fact that is the healthy way to start a relationship, as freinds. This might be a subject that you amy want to revisit again sometime. Sometimes when you can back off and just be friends, then you get closer. If it keeps going like this, then you will have to talk about it. In the mean time, if you like her, then just see what happens. I rarely tell a guy that we can only be friends, I tell him that we should be friends and see where it takes us. That way, when we become more than friends, it is okay.

Sounds to me like she's just messing with you.
She knows you're into her, probably doesn't find you threatening (as in she doesn't think you'll call her on her touching, etc...) and is having some fun flirting with someone safe.
What I'd suggest doing is matching her action for action. If she's really into you, she'll up the ante. If not, she'll realize you're onto her game.

i don't think she is trying to trick you. i do however, think she is testing the waters to see how you react. maybe the talk brought you guys closer because you shared some deep feelings and a deeper level of trust was established.

1) Women are used to coniving, controlling, and manipulating things around... Of course she will try.
2) You on the other hand need to decide what you want and stick to it OR change your mind... It's o.k. to change your mind ya know.
