I have dial-up so can never hear things on there! Darn! But I'm wondering why you aren't asking your friend what he/she wants played? Usually, the bride and groom choose the music they want. And some churches allow only religious or approved songs.
However, if this is to be at the reception, and they said for you to choose the music, then I'm sure anything you pick would be fine!

Sure why not! It’s a great song also you might want to go to fairplaymusicalgifts.com go to samples, download Song for the Parents of the bride,(it’s free) If you E-mail them they will probably send you the music and lyrics this would be a cool song for her parents if you had someone to sing it.

During the ceremony or the reception?
If you are having a ceremony in a church then they might not allow it. Some don't allow secular music inside.
I think it's nice though.

Before the ceremony?

It's really pretty. Maybe you could play it during dinner or a transition period in the ceromony.

I'm not a Enya fan. Her stuff is too depressing.
