If you had sex with a guy knowing this... you should be just as ashamed yourself. You're just as much part of the problem as he is.... you can confess to his girlfriend, but don't try to make it sound like it was all her guy's fault.

you have to consider whether you know the girl or not. I mean you can keep it to yourself if your not friends with her but if you are then you gotta tell her. I mean if he slept with you there is a good chance he cheated on her before.

Why would you tell her? What would you get out of it? Think you should keep your mouth shut and move on. It isn't your relationship. If you are feeling guilty you shouldn't have done it to begin with. Not sure what your motives are. He was alright to sleep with, but not someone you would "date". Suck it up and move on and keep your mouth shut.
