try and find out from her why she wants to be friends, is it that she doesnt feel the same way she did before? if you know ahat mede her chenge her feelings towards you, then that might increase your chances of working on where you went wrong and she might take you back.

You say nothing. You say nothing not because you're mad or sad or heartbroken. You say nothing because that's your only hope.

If you beg, it just shows her how right she was. And, if begging works, it will only be temporary. She won't respect you again.

If you start telling her how cruel she is, it will only get her defensive.

If you show her you can handle it, she may have some reservations about her decision to dump you. Do not go near her. Say yes to the notion you'll be friends, but don't mean it. Do your crying in private. When you run into her, you maintain a friendly but aloof attitude. Do not agree to meet.

And find a way to love yourself more than you love anyone else.

You can either say sure I can take our relationship back to being just friends or you say no, I cannot after dating you go back to just being your friend I am sorry. You can't say anything to get anyone back with you if they don't want to come back. Act like a mature adult and move forward - they will think more of you in the end and may realize that they made a mistake and come back to you on their own.

I've found that the easiest way to get someone back is to let them go. Begging, pleading, manipulating, etc. only push them farther away. Respect her and what she's telling you and she'll be more apt to keep the relationship. Act clingy and she'll be gone before you know it or if she stays she'll resent you. Best of luck. Focus on yourself and doing what you need to do for YOU. The rest will fall into place.

Nothing you can say... let it go. Don't look back. Forget you ever knew her. Get on with your own business. It can only end badly.

Give up on her she just wants to toy with your heart. Much less painful to move on.

you don't say anything. if she doesn't like you anymore the only thing you can do is move on. trust me, it will only hurt you more in the long run
