And whenever you see them your heart skips a beat and YOu really like them but you think that they like you also but your unsure.... and you dont wanna make the first move.....

aww...girlie you are certainly bringing back flashbacks in my life!
well...I definetly know what you mean...and I advise you to move as fast as possible...because in this world you are given chances and whether you take them or let others give them to you..you have to ACT prepared....
Let me explain...
My boyfriend Daniel and I knew each other very well, since I played soccer and so did he. SO every day after school we joined a Soccer Club to practice our ball skills together...I totally fell for him, but I wasn't sure about him feeling the same way about me...So I started to talk to him about more stuff than just soccer...and One day I invited him to my Birthday Party...he ended up kissing me in front of everybody and said "This Gift is for you and I had it waiting for a couple of weeks...I thought of "Delivery"..." and we all laughed..It wasn't only sweet and funny, but very 'perfect' if you know what I mean...
BOTTOM LINE is that you need to try your best in a conversation..if he is talkative, bring up your OWN subjects, but if he doesn't seem to talk too much....then ask him about school, work, homework, sports...anything pretty much in HIS list...feel me? are you with me yet?....I hope so because as far as I can say....Love is like Sandals...ALWAYS SLAPPING YOU! lol J/K

Well, it's okay to make the first move,
but you won't like it so.....
1] I make myself noticeably prettier
2] Secretly stalk him so I would know what catches his interest
3] I'll befriend him.
4] After befriending him &get noticed, and do the things that catches his attention, I cross my fingers my effort will work-out.
5] If my suggestion doesn't work out, just smile & be fulfilled that you tried, after all, at least you get close to him, it could be a good start.

If you aren't going to make the first move, then you just wait...but typically if a dude likes you, he'll make it known...if it's apparent you dig him and he's not taking action then he either doesn't feel the same or is too shy to take action (in which case nothing will ever happen)...

I think that u should write him a note saying i like u and ask him if he likes u. if u can take the answer if it is not positive then i encourage u to do that if not simply have a friend of urs ask for u.

If you havent known the person for that long ,wait a while and feel them out or they just might come to you about it if they like you also. Or you can just come out and ask them if they liked you like that, its kind of putting yourself out there but its a chance you might have to take if you really like this person and want to know if they like you also.

wow i know exactlty what you mean!!!!! i have that feeling too.. i found this thing online that desribed everything i felt.. like it was honestly amazing i put it on my blog on my myspace if you want to see it www.myspace.com/dishwashersafe7 its under amazing this is my head.. but anyways i would say you gotta tell them in some way or another because i mean if they do like you who knows would could happen and it could turn out great! you wouldnt want to miss out on a chance for like true happiness if its there for you.. like its scary bcuz you have the chance that they dont like you back and then you feel kinda like an idiot for like liking them a lot or loving them.. but then who knows it might turn out great.. but yeah i mean just go for it you dont know what the results could be cuz myabe they like you a lot too you will never know unless you find out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially if they act like they like you then they most likely do and are just confused if you do or not so they are scared.. but i would say go for it! =) good luck!

I would make my intentions know, before they find someone and I have wasted my time. Or I would make my intentions known so I do not waste anymore time if they already have someone. Good luck and God bless****

I would make friends with them and then see how that went, cuz if you cant be friends with that person then it can never really go any further.
