okay me && this kid were kindive talking because one night i was with him && he asked for my number.i saw him after my homecomming and hugged him hello && asked how he was doing & stuff then i left.the next day i talked to him & he asked me how was your weekend & stuff then he asked if i wanted to chill that folowing weekend i said yes because his school was playing my school at a football game.so i saw him there but was talking ot people & so was he & i saw him in the corner of my eye & i knew he saw me but we never said hey to eachother at all throughout the game cause i thought he didnt want to talk to me.now we just dont talk to eachother anymore idk why.but i saw him at his home game & my friend brought him over to talk & to me it didnt seem like he wanted to talk to me idk.
BUT NOW one of my friends likes him & he likes her back kinda.

MY QUESTION IS how do i get him back without confronting him it might be 2 seriouse & he might shy off? & why is he doing this?

if my husband may take out his anger on me for remarrying by trying to get full child custody? Should I marry someone if I feel like the timing is not right but they think it is the best thing? Would being married persuade the judge to let me have fifty/fifty custody?
Or should I just stay single til it is all over? If my fiance' doesn't want to wait until all the legal stuff is over, and yes it has been 2 yrs. of court mess and fighting....does that mean he doesn't love me? He seems in a RUSH. And I am worried about financial settlement and child custody. Do you think it will be better in the judge's eyes if I am married and have help to parent and provide than if I were single and struggling financially? I just don't know what to do. I might lose my fiance. He thinks I am wrong to wait until it is all over.

My middle brother had/has ADHD, nobody knows anymore, but now he's 23 going on 24. He's never lived outside of my parents house except when he was too drunk to make it home. Now, he's a full blown alcoholic; refuses to quit; has to drink a 12 pack just to go to sleep everynight. He invites all these friends over that my parents don't want there and when they tell them all to leave, my brother gets mouthy, and violent towards my parents infront of everyone and acts like a total idiot(i'm in another state so I can't really help). He knows my father won't do anything because my dad has a $300k a year job and he's not about to go to jail for beating my bro's ***. Cops won't take him. Dad has been in the hospital twice for stress related chest pain due to that idiot. He destroys property when he gets all pissed off because he knows he doesn't have to pay for it. This is ******* retarded. How do you get a dipshit, loser, lowlife, ****** like this out of your house...permanently?

My sons father has decided he no longer wants to see his son after 5 years of contact. This has only happend since he got a new g/friend who says my son is a little ****. I dont know what to tell my son as he is only 5 years old. I have tryed calling his father but he will not answer his phone. Could someone pls give me advice? i am such a good student like straight A's and whenever im around adults im respectful but my mom just bugs me and persists and then i get mad and then she gets mad that i get mad and i get in trouble which i feel is so overrated i am 15 and no im not an adult and im not trying to be but i think she should see that if its only with her that i act like this something is wrong with her. she always tries to ask later if it is someone else and when i tell her no i think she thinks im lying. talking this out WILL NOT work with this beast i just want some good ways to tune her out.

Okay, I have been dating my guy for about a year. It been a pretty solid relationship. My woman's intuition has been telling me for the last couple of weeks that he had been really distracted. He a few personal issues that he is dealing with and I recognize that a lotof the time he just does not want to talk or be bothered. Today he tells me that he did not think it wa a good idea to get together later because he " is really irritated for some reason and he needs some time to figure out why". I told him to take all the time he needs and I am okay with it. I feel guilty because I was sort of thinking the same thing. I did not need the space persay but I was going to offer it to him. When a man needs space could it be that that is all it is to it? Does it always mean he wants to break up or see other people? I have no reason to suspect that he wants to date other people. I really believe he would just tell me if that was it. Any thoughts?
