I hit a deer and the insurance co. is sending a check for the damages. The amount of the check is for what I was quoted for to repair my damages. Is there any way possible to use the check and put it towards getting a new car entirely? I think that would be fraudulent, but I'm not sure. My damaged car is paid in full but I think I could sell it damaged as is since it only needs minor cosmetic repairs. I'd like to use the insurance check as a down payment on a new car. Is that allowed, or do I have to use their check for repairs ONLY?

It takes me soo long to find a guy that i could see myself with.
I dont want to sound self centered but could it be because theres alot of guys at my park where i hang at that asked me if id ever go out with them over the summer. And when i do find someone it takes me soo long to get over them. why? i know theres girls who go out with someone for three or four months, tell their boyfriends they love them and break up with them the next day with no regret?? Why cant i be like that??

I want to know how can i keep my mind off of having sex,masturbation,Watching pornography,And just looking at girls sexually.
I have a real problem with all of those things and it seems like its slowly but surely getting worse & when it seems that I'm making any progress i always go back to my old ways.With the pornography thing the fact that i have the problem with this is hard to deal with because i have unlimited access to everything thats erotic from movies to Promiscuous girls.
So can anyone give me a suggestion that may help me change my life for the better.

I am picking up a girl very shortly to take round mine and am going to make her dinner, then we arte heading to the pub. Is a long story but I don't really know this girl. Is mainly through a friend of mine and she has seen me once and said she liked me etc.
Anyway, my question is should I get her some flowers or will that seem a bit silly? We are both uni students so I dont really know if flowers/chocolates etc are the sort of thing to do in this situation. Especially as I have never met her before. But part of me thinks I should. so here's the thing...i'm in love with this guy that hasn't got much to offer me but when we're together it's amazing and i feel that we can go through anything as long as we're together...but, when the reality kicks in i realise we can never make it :(((((
on the other hand there's this guy that loves me and with whom i could have a carefree life, but i just can't fall in love with him.
i don't know what to do...once i was told that i should choose the one that could make my life easier and not the one that can complicate it, b/c we all know that when real feelings are involved we can easily get hurt...
so, now what?

I am 18 years old and married now for 4 months to my husband who is 24 yrs old. I am really unhappy and feel very alone in this relationship and feel i may have made a mistake. We dated for 6 months and i felt so in love with him that when my parents told me to never see him again and he proposed marriage that i married him 2 weeks later.We met when i was sneaking into a NYC club and he was helping to promote for a record company.He helped me and my 3 friends get in.The first 2 months of being married were great but i am a freshmen in college now and feel caged.He travels a lot to promote and is always at clubs and sometimes i now he goes out to strip clubs with his friends he calls it buisness.We live in NYC right now and it was an adjustment for me because i am from NJ but now he wants to move to Houston for a little while and he did not even consider i might not want to go!My parents feel he is white trash and hate him but pay for my college. Ok so basically my boyfriend of 2 months is somebody I like a lot and I haven't ever felt this way towards someone before. He tells me he loves me one minute and the next minute he will be mad and screaming at me saying we need time apart, then he apologizes and ALWAYS finds a way to make me drop the subject and get on to something that will make me forget that he just called me a *****.
