There's a guy I recently started getting to know the past few days, and I think there may be something there, but I'm not 100% positive. Before I actually start flirting with him, instead of just being friendly like I usually have been toward him, I need to know if he's taken. What's the easiest way to find out without seeming like you're asking for a reason? Like, a casual way to find out through conversation?

This would dramatically decrease our divorces and broken homes. Why don't people respect their marriage vows and put the husband as head of the household and master of his domain? What's happening is that God is leaving these marriages after women refuse to submit to their husband and then divorce happens.

So I was at a party a few weeks ago and this one girl from my class (only talked in class, never hung out outside of class) was there. Well we ended up making out. I was drunk but I might have done it anyway. I'm not really interested in her in a relationship, just for fun. I am getting mixed signals for what she wants.

Booty call-she put in my phone under her # booty call, she makes out with me at the party, eager to hang out again, talked about full body massages.

wants to date-calls me A LOT and wants me to call her back, always eager to hang out, wants me to go to boring meeting things with her that I would have no interest in.

So what are your verdicts? I guess I could just ask her. We're not close friends or anything but I also don't want to just lead her on you know? I'd feel bad about it.

And why is it more accepted in society for the man to be older than the woman?

I personally think it's gross for a 50 year old man to be with a 20 year old woman, but that is so common in today's world and nobody mentions it, but when is a woman is older than the man, EVERYONE makes a big deal out of it.

WHY?

Even if the woman is, for example, only 5 years older, everybody will be talking as if it's so out of ordinary/weird.

I am 21 and my girlfriend is 29, and our relationship could not be more normal. I mean, it is far more normal than the relationships involving 20 year old women and 50+ year old men, yet those relationships are socially acceptable.

I'm the 24 year old girlfriend of a mama's boy and She shows all the classic signs of the mother of a mama's boy. She interferes in our relationship, opens his mail, snoops around in the stuff in our room, talks about me behind my back a couple of times in front of him! But he denies it, tells him how to spend his money constantly, tries to drive a wedge between me and her son. Has given me a dirty look when his back was turned before, has said rude and malicious things to me. He invites her into our relationship by telling stuff about us like arguements we've gotten into and when I called him on he's "like my mom has always been a big part of my life, what am I supposed to do disown her"? All I want is for him to stop telling her our business, not shun her. I figured moving out would be the answer, and once I even convinced him to move out, but she keeps talking him out of it, How can I get him to cut the appron strings and move out?

I got married and came to US. My husband came after 5 months. I used to call my husband everyday. But he never called me coz of the money problem. but last month i met a guy and we started dating. Now my husband is here. sometimes he (my husband) is so nice to me and he tries to make me happy. sometimes he is so mean and make my life miserable. he is a nice person but not a good husband. i tried but nothing is working. we fight a lot. but still when i meet my boyfriend i feel bad. what should I do? ok, let me be a little more clear on this question. I left out a lot of details. First of all, she is really really really strange woman!! Second of all she blew up in my face about my mother being a B**CH because she didn't strike up a conversation with her while I was in the middle of giving birth. She said that she was mean to her. She was coaching me along with my boyfriend. She was sitting down at the end of the room!! So she holds something against my mother so she is trying to have us see eachother every Saturday!! One week her house the other at ours. That's very inconsiderate because she not thinking about my family.
By her cleaning up after us after everything is insulting my mother and myslef. Like I don't know how to clean. She nit picks at everything that I do and how I do it. Beofore I had said "I learned it from my mother." She is a rude ,stubborn, and impatient person I have ever met.
We need our privacy!! I hope Im a little more clear now =D

well to start off my parents are divorced and i havent seen my dad since i was 3. im an only child and my mom has never remarried.i was completely fine w/ this for a long time untill a few years ago. it was like i really dident even care that i dident have a dad untill somthing just really hit me hard. it almost feels as if i have the huge hole mising from my life. i dont even understand it. ive told a few good christian friends and teachers and theve all told me pretty much the same advice. that the "void" in my life was for God. theve also told me scriptures like "God is a father to the fatherless" and stuff and ive really tried to have God to fill that space. But its just not working. i want the whole physical aspest of a dad. like can you hug God? or just the simple things like sitting on the couch watching tv w/ God. i cant explain how i feel but just even righting about it brings me to tears. like i have friends that dont have dads and they dont even care. And one of my friends is like 'Oh i hate my dad he wont let me go out w/ so and so" and im like "oh my gosh, i would kill to have a dad be like that to me, it shows you how much he loves you and cares for you. i dont understand, if God loves me sooo much then why did he put me in this situation? like what did i do wrong? why is he punishing me? All i want is to be loved. physically.
my mom and i dont get along and i cant even remember the last time she hugged me, let alone said she loved me. and lately i fine my self longing for guys (my age) for that affection. when i see my self doing it i stop myself but still. i just want to be loved on, and not sexually. i want a dad. i dont understand why im the only one that feels like this.

I was newly divorced, dated this man for 1 1/2 years....I went through some rough times (financial, children, etc.) and so did he....the problems led to us ending things--but without really talking about why, etc. I have missed him and would really like to see him again but don't know whether I should contact him or not. (I found out he is living about 30 minutes away from where I live). Also, I have gained weight since we were together (he was heavy and I wasn't--now I am plump-not huge, but not tiny like I was either, which is embarrassing). I really, really liked this man and the sparks were definitely there--should I write him a letter or should I just forget it completely?
