it seems like every time i meet a nice guy he either 1. has a gf 2. is too cool for me 3. just isn't into me 4. turns out a jerk. or a combo. if you do meet a nice guy, how do you take your relationship up a notch? im no good at talking to guys. it seems like they only date within their group of friends that go to parties together and hang out at each other's houses. i don't do any of that. how do i start dating????

p.s. sry for all the dating ?'s, its just on my mind all the time anymore...:(

we've been friends for 12 years
theres NOTHING i dislike about her
we have the same interests
and i've had the longest crush on her (i cant remember how long anymore)
(atleast 5 or so years)
every other girl i've seen cant compare to her

i dont want to ruin our friendship

my husband is certified as a full blown alcoholic, hospitals and our whole family were involved. he refuses to continue to get help or stop drinking. so therefore i have given up on us including on whether or not he calls other women. so 2 nights ago he tells me he wants to finally be truthful with me and tells me that over a year ago he met a woman and fell for her and wants to continue to be her "friend" and doesn't want to hide her anymore from me. i care and at the same time i don't care. i see it as maybe this woman can help him somehow. maybe she'll enjoy dealing with a drunk 24/7, 365 days a year. i can use the break from him. he has drained me. i thank God we don't have kids. i see no sign of him stopping, or showing remorse, nor an apology for the stealing or lying or anything like that. how do i dump this mess (my husband) on this woman "his friend" without feeling guilty about not warning her? i just want to stop worrying about him and worry more about me.

I guess I wanna know because sometimes a woman wants time to be with her girls or to herself. So what is it that y'all are doing? Is it off shopping with your man's credit card? Is it spilling the gossip on what your man did or didn't do well for you? Or is it just at peace, relaxing in the tub with candles lit or in the living room with a book? Let me know.....

well i just learn that when someone about the age of 14 is going out with someone the age of 17 or 18 is ok but when you start having sex the 17 or 18 year old can be charged for rape even if the younger person wanted to do it.
This is included when they are just extra older I just used 14 and 17 as an example

but anyone going out with someone older or younger
brake up and find someone your own age because you know they want to take it further

Ok, me and this girl are like best friends, but I have strong feelings for her. When i told her, she was surprised, she didnt know what to say. She had a boyfriend, but they recently had a nasty break up, and I was the one she came to lean on. Now, when i ask her about her feelings, she will never give me a straight answer. She says she doesn't know if she is ready for a relationship yet, but I hear people talking about her and this other guy. It occured to me maybe she is just afraid to turn me down, with us being such good friends and all. She keeps saying that its nothing like that, but I don't know what to think. I'm afraid I may have moved too fast, too soon. Its just so confusing cause I don't wanna screw up our friendship, but I really think there could be something more to it.

I started to like this best friend of mine a couple of months ago, but I just couldn't take the next step, so I got depressed, and she kinda figured out that I had a bad day yesterday, and she asked me what's wrong. I just told her that I wasn't ready to talk to her about this yet, and she told me she'll always be there to listen when I'm ready. Should I take our friendship further because I really like her? I'm a senior in high school. Now, there's this pretty popular girl that is really nice (and single). She's attractive but she is pretty shy...we have the same set of friends but we have never really held a conversation. We laugh with each other sometimes, say things here and there...but I find it really hard to flirt with her. I flirt with every girl that I know, so this is unusual. She doesn't really initiate conversations and she doesn't have a whole lot of interesting stuff to say. I want to flirt with her some and get her attracted to me (even more) before I ask her to Starbucks or something. So what sort of things can I do to flirt with this shy girl?

My boyfriend & I had split cos of our parents makin our lives a misery.We couldn't stay apart (he would call me over 50 times a day) &got back 2gether in secret.I ended up pregnant & when we had a row he told me how his mum (who has been hauled in 4questionin over his dad's murder) would make sure I never got 2c my child. I had an abortion,though he'd apologised 4what he said,&asked me 2keep the baby.I would have had no support &a potentially life-threatenin struggle otherwise, in my view.A couple of months later,he cheated on me.He told me on the same day &says he's really sorry,but he also says that he was upset,confused &wanted 2hurt me.I can't believe that being upset about an aborted baby is conducive to maintainin an erection? He says that if I'd have kept the baby,everything would have been OK? Am I mad,cos I just don't understand how 1 thing lead to the other? It was a long time ago,but I still don't understand.Please help.
