my friend and i like each other and we want to be more but we rarely talk, we never get to spend time together and we don't even really e-mail. i don't know what to do to become more than just friends.

you should talk to this person. on the phone, on email, aim, anything. a relationship might grow and you may become more than just friends.
or you can tell this person you are serious. he/she'll get the picture and you can go from there.

well maybe its not time yet to become more than friends just give it alittle bit of time so that ya both can think and see if ya really want each other.
