Did it a little too early last time. How long should I wait so I dont seem like a creep.
I also want to avoid that awkward silence after I say it.
Or should I just wait for her to make the first move?

You should wait about six months . So you make sure she feels the same way about you. Saying it to early can scare them off. No not wait for her. What if you both wait on each other. Then it will never be said. And what the use in that.

Hi Joe.
First off, I would like to suggest you change your perception. Really, If you love someone, how could you NOT express it? I know it's hard and awkward esp. when the world considers everything to be done at the "right" time. What is right? What is wrong? Reality is, there isn't either. So not expressing to someone you love them would be the biggest "mistake". Maybe the first person wasn't ready to accept love in all angles, even if she/he didnt love you back. Love isn't a scary thing, it's the only thing worth circulating. Tell her already will you! And if it's the silence you're worried about, maybe you should look inside yourself to see what makes you so afraid first?

relies upon how previous you're. You sound youthful, so wait a minimum of till you adult men are seeing one yet another completely. tell her you like her plenty and picture the two considered one of you're able to desire to in basic terms see one yet another. If she is going for this it won't be plenty longer. Wait till finally she calls you all of the time and set up a date, make it romantic, and tell her.

If you love her, just say it. If you're worried that it's too early, tell her that you believe you are "falling IN love" with her.
Don't wait -- the above poster is right -- girls hate that.

Dont take yourself too seriously..if you feel the feeling then ya know.. love you.. or just say it in another language for awhile to her and see ...tell her in your past life when you were spanish you really loved her alot.....lol :)

DON'T WAIT! girls hate it when they have to make the 1st move. how long have you been dating? and you should really mean it too. don't just say it cuz you feel that way one day. really really mean it cuz if you don't you will regret it.

Don't EVER say you love a woman. You don't understand love - you are a man.
If she says she loves you just smile not - say mm hmmm - kiss her, stroke her shoulder - etc.
