She probably doesn't understand why you did pull out. Was it for birth control reasons or what?
Women can become very insecure in the bedroom. And, if there's even an ounce of insecurity to begin with, we can sometimes overanalyze everything that happens in the bedroom. Just tell her why you were looking to pull out.
I may have reacted the same way. I'm married to my husband, not fooling around with him on the side (your wife said treating her like a w&hore) -- I would have been confused if he did the same.

i could understand how she could see this as you treating her like a wh*** bc you came on her. my bf did it once and i was like "wtf?!" but after that i kinda thought it was hot so maybe if you just have a talk with her about it she'll be more open...or not. who knows? :P
