Make her something!
I made my girlfriend a book filled with all the reasons why I love her so much. As she was reading it she was in tears, she loved it!
It is thoughtful, creative and a great way to say how much you love somebody.
Sometimes we can get it wrong with material gifts, but something from the heart is a sure hit!

Something from the heart. The best gifts are the one's that have the most meaning to them. Be original, try not to do the whole rose and chocolates thing. Also, how long have you been dating? that plays a BIG part in the gift decision.

I agree with the first girl. It depends how long you've been dating but I will assume it's been a year. A great gift can be something from your first date or a great trip you two did. Or if you know when it was you fell in love with her..something from that day. It doesn't have to be expensive just.... from the heart.

I know there are places you can take a photo of the two of you and have a blanket made, or even a pillow with the picture! Or an engagement ring would work too, depending on your age.
