I don't think many people can get over their x. I think a lot about my x and what we had and we broke up and divorced over 5 years ago. At the same time I do not expect my boyfriend to be totally over his x. They've
probably spent many great times together as well as bad times. What I wanna know is if he is ready to move on. I would think if he's dating again he's probably moved on, unless he is comparing you to his x he's not moving on.

ex's are part of their past. even if your boyfriend was with his ex for more than 4 years, it wouldn't matter if the one he likes/love is you. on the other hand however, your boyfriend will have alot of memorys he shared with his ex but the present moment is more important than the past
