i can talk to my girlfriend about things like buying a house, buying a car, where to go on getways, etc... but let me talk about things i want sexually she has a cow. we have been dating since jan and in the beginning sex was the best i had ever had (and im 46) and i told her so. then after we moved in together she decided to change our relationship from what she calls a "sex based" to a "love based" relationship. when i tell her they are one and the same thats when the sparks fly. But if i talk about buying a bmw, mercedes, etc, shes all ears. wyn do woman act this way

My best friend of forever is married (15 years) and having an affair with a married man we work with. I really like her husband and his wife and hate what is happening. She says she started just for the sex and now it is just a habit and she has no feelings for him. I dont know his reasons. Should I tell her or his spouse and risk breaking up families and marriages or just keep my mouth shut? She confides in me and I have told her that I think it is wrong but she just keeps telling me because I am the only one she can talk to about it, but I just hate what they are doing to their spouses.

sending me mixed signals. He ignores me & insults me, but then he turns right around & hits on me. Just this evening he said that he wished he & I were still together. Why is he doing this? There is one thing that I need to make clear in the question. I have NO feelings for him. I just want to be his friend. Nothing more than that. I just want to know why he's doing this. Does anyone know or is this just one of the things that no one can figure out?

Need to be older than 35, employed, not living with mom, have your own car, owning a house preferred, kids ok, not a jerk, good in bed, like the outdoors, not be scared of being close, not a liar, not a cheater, and totally committed to family.

OK - this is a theoretical question to see how many men that ruled out. My friends and I have not found any men loike this in Idaho.. are there still any of you anywhere else????

i'm having a racial identity crisis. In america, people seem to think if ur tan ur hispanic. They don't even have any doubts in their mind what ethnicity i am, they just assume. I don't have the stereotypical "asian look" b/c i'm malaysian and malaysians tend to have darker skin color and big set eyes. Many asians don't welcome which depresses me and i dont feel anything in common with the hispanic community. i just feel out of place.

the moral of the story has to be that TIME FLIES and that we should never let an opportunity pass. You can say that the ladybug eats the butterfly, or something like that, but has to be a CUTE LITTLE STORY. He has already been in a group home for his behaviour. My mother is constantly trying to make changes with certain issues but he refuses to take responsibility for outrageous and hurtful behaviour. He is violent towards my little sister and step-father. I just recently had an altercation with him several days ago with my two year-old daughter in the room. His anger is uncontrollable. My mom is at her wits end and is asking for help from CAS, not to "get rid" of him, but obviously the home setting is not benifitting him or my family that has to put up with this EVERY DAY! They just want my mom to "tough" it out. That his behaviour is all normal teenage things.....I was a teenager not too long ago and I don't recall this kind of horrid, vindictive horse's a** bull crap attitude? What to do?

My boyfriend always goes out and have drinks with his guy friends. However, a few days ago he said he was going to smoke with his guy friends at another guys house. I called him while he was there and he comfirmed that he was at the guys house and it was just guys there. I went to go and visit a friend of mine which is a girl and my boyfriend was there. I tired not to get mad and later I was drunk and broke things off with him. We ended up back together and yesterday we went to school together. At school he said hi to every girl basically there. He even hugged more than three girls. Also yesterday, he told me he was going to have some drinks again. I dont trust him now. Everytime he said hi to a girl I couldnt help but think he probably lied and drank with her too. He has lied on other ocassions too. Now everytime he leaves I think hes going to cheat or lie to me. Ive tried talking to him but I dont know. What should I do?

Alright. I've been friends with this guy for over 2 years now. Shortly after I started talking to him, I liked him...but then he got a girlfriend. He dated her for 18 months. We still stayed friends tho. He is now broken up with this girl, and he flirts with me constantly. He has always been kinda questionable with his flirting even when he was dating her, but now it's worse. All of his friends and my friends constantly say we are all over each other...but he says it's just joking around with a friend. He tells me he kinda likes these 2 other girls...so i feel like he mustn't like me then. I just get suspicious because he would do anything for me. He came over my house at 1 in the morning bc he knew i was upset, and he wanted to make sure I was alright. He didnt even call. He just showed up. We hung out the other day at 1:00 am again...and we watched tv...but we were laying on each other, and he kinda had his arm around me. Is this just being friendly? He says we're just good friends.

well. i have been talking to the guy i like almost every day for almost 2 weeks now (excluding weekends). we have studyhall together and we talk usually during it. we also have history together right before studyhall. well so now we r friends. today i wrote him a note that basically asked him if he wanted to hang out this week or next week cuz i want to get to know him better. he replied saying something like "possibly but it depends on how busy i am w/ the world history project" and stuff so like is that just a polite way of him saying he doesnt want to hang out, or does he really think he will be busy. i am content just being friends w/ him and would love to be really good friends...it would be fine if we never went out as long as we were friends. what did he mean for real?

Ok. Here's my life in a nutshell. I am a junior in college. I just transferred from a junior college to a university.I work part-time and go to school full-time. I just moved to a big city all by myself. I used to live in a very small town. I'm not the best at making friends either. I'm feeling overwhelmed b/c I started school and work around the same time so I'm feeling so much pressure from school to do well and also to do well at my job. Don't get my wrong, I'm used to having to have to work and go to school at the same time, but it just feels different i guess b/c i had so many friends back home. I also feel a little lonely b/c I live quite a ways from my home and family. I talk to them everyday, but still not the same as having them around all the time. I'm just feeling a little sad and funless. anyone have any positive advice on how to balance so much in my life especially me being new to everything up here? Any advice on making new friends?
