ok i have this friend who broke up with htis guy like almost 4months ago.so they have been over for a while.and she is not my best friend. i kinda like her Ex and his friends told me he wants to ask me out at homecomeing.i didnt like him b4 and tried getting him not to like me but during the process i began to have feeling for him.she said it was ok but i still feel guilty because its like a natural female law not to date ur friends ex's.but since she said it was ok does that make it alright.if it were u would u be hurt? She actually tried getting us together is that because she wants his attention for her own use to get him back or do u think she really wants us together?please help!

If you don't mind the drama it is likely to cause.

This kind of situation is one that has to be handled carefully if you don't want to get your friend or her ex mad at you. She could be saying it's okay for yall to go out and stuff because she kinda minds but she's trying to be a good friend and wants yall to be happy, or she could really not mind. Try reversing it in you mind. Pretend he's your ex and your friend and him like each other and wanta go out and take that into consideration but don't rely on it too much because your friend is a different person and might not feel the same way you do. She could still like him and want him to be happy and wants you to be happy so she's saying it's kool with her even if it hurts her a little. She could truely be over him and only see him as a friend and not mind one bit if yall date. You gota try to figure out which one it is, what kind of friend she is (like if after yall go out would she get mad and cause a lot of drama), and decide what you want to do. I hope I have helped you in some way.

I'm marrying my friend's ex! Sometimes it works out. She wanted to set me up with him after they broke up. I finally gave in & met him on a blind date. We've been together for 5 years & we're getting married! It doesn't matter what her motives are; if you like him date him.

sorry i wouldn't mess with him.i think that she still likes him,he is not the only guy out there.and before i would take a chance on hurting a friend,i would walk away.because one day the table could turn.

Don't do it. I know thats not the only guy in your school. Trust me it will end up with a bunch of rumors and you could lose your friend.

Well if you're feeling guilty about it don't do it. You should only date somebody if you feel comfortable and happy dating said person.
