I work in a Language school who insists that when marking students exams, we actually write the correct answer for them on the test.

I believe that this is pedagogically wrong, that there tests should be graded but no"corrected" but cannot find any literature on the internet to back it up.

If I can go to MGMT with sources, maybe I can convince them that what we are doing does not help the student learn.

hi im getting my degree in education elementry education in science and at first i was happy and it was something i want to do but now i feel i can it my last year of college and im doing student teaching and now i feel like i cant do my job. i have a leqring disablity and one kids asked me question that i should have been able to answer and i cried for hours about it becasue i feel im not smart enough to teach and maybe i should go into something else. what should i do how can i over come thing feeling
