The first thing to remember is that when you use swear words it means that you aren't smart enough to know what "real' words should be used. So, I would try to broaden my language skills. Talking back to your teacher out loud? I don't know what you mean. The best way to deal with wanting to say something in front of the whole class is to say, as nicely as possible, I'm sorry Mr./Mrs. so and so. I have a problem with this and I'm frustrated. I'd like to speak with you after class. Make it a statement, not a question. This will allow you to maintain your dignity while letting them know you are trying to act in an adult manner and showing respect - even though they may not warrant it. Much as we'd like to smack them alongside the head sometimes they are the ones in power and we just have to learn how to play it ... and there are so many ways if you just make a game out of being bigger about it. Just think it REALLY hard in your mind...then write it down on a slip of paper and hand it to the cute girl next to you. When the teacher says "Give me that piece of paper" - then she will read what you wrote. You and the cute girl will have to stay after school - - so it's a win -win.
