I am a mother of two kids (under 3) and my family always comes first. I am planning on going back to college full time. I like history and languages (fluent in 2 besides English). I love helping people but I hate numbers. What do you think?

You already have the prerequisites for a happy career in teaching. You have experience dealing with children and you enjoy working with people and helping them with their problems. Perhaps, given your attitude to numbers, you should avoid subjects like Math and Science. However, this is an area you should work on. Numbers are everywhere. (I've had the same aversion.) This again is what can make you a good teacher. You understand others who have the same aversion. You are the most ideal person to help others overcome their difficulties in this area.

Good luck in whatever field of work you choose !

you could always go to school to become a teacher and teach English or the foriegn languages that you are fluent in. Or maybe even History class you could teach. Being a teacher, you would be home weekends, holidays, during the summer and you would be home after school to be with your family.

Translator.

You could work for a school district, part time in the schools doing translations and part time from home making calls to parents for the district.

This allows for decent pay and flexibility in your work. Only numbers you have to deal with are telephone numbers ;)
