Ok, first...what is the purpose of you saying " Teacher " ? Are you saying you're a teacher? If so, you should be educated enough to know why you have to go to school. To teach...it's what you went to school to become and what you get paid to do, it's your job. See, even teachers need to go to school to learn how to become teachers. That should be very obvious to you!!
Second...if you're not a teacher, I still don't get why you put " Teacher " in there. Whatever! If you're not a teacher, but a student, you go to school to learn! Duh! Sure, there's home schooling, then yeah...you wouldn't have to go into school. Either way, you can't learn anything if it isn't taught to you...hence schooling!!
Hope this gave you some idea as to why school is important, if your question wasn't silly enough to answer itself!

Is your question for students or teachers?
Why do teachers need to go to school?
Both go to school for the same reason.
Students go to learn.
Student teachers learn to teach.

Most parents are unable to afford private tuition for their children, making school the only option.
Those unable to afford a private school or property in the catchment area of one of the few good state schools are forced to send their children to what can be best decibel as a children farms. Education and discipline do not even come second in these institutions plagued by unnecessary procedures, political interference and poor financial management.
Blair's desire to get half of school leavers to university is due to an education system that, like most state run organisations, is, to use a popular phrase, unfit for purpose.

To learn how to take abuse from fellow students and see people simply overlook the poor treatment.
To learn that school has nothing to do with real life and that once in the real world, competition is far from everyday living.
To learn that you can be a better person than 99% of the people you had to spend day in and day out with in a classroom.
Just some of things I have witnessed within the system.
: ) Happy Tuesday !!

It is interesting the idea of student gahthered together to discuss, but is an abuse the school exist in my country , asking the students to memorize , learn by heart a lot of informations at different disciples till the next day..
I think that scholl became an obligation , because they think that people would be more civilized but I think that those who don't learn at school have more reason and more love then the others ..who learn everything to be the first..and get the prize...I think that those who don't learn to much are better and delicate then those who learn everything and pretend that they are intelligent..because..one cannot be intelligent having a lot of information about this world..you are intelligent only if you have reason and love ..and where does the school learn reason? At math?At biology? At chemistry?Hardly at literature...
Ithink that we go to school because our parents have sinned an started to believe that knowing a lot of things makes you intelligent and makes you ..a high social position...

Depends: Do you like money? That's one reason...an education will net you more over a life time than dropping out. Up to a million more.
Do you like adventure? College can lead to far away countries and new people with different customs.
Do you like friends? College has TONS of people to meet and you already have something to talk about, the tons of homework you shouldn't have to do.
Do you want control over your life eventually? Only an education will offer you the kind of control you want over your life eventually. Otherwise you may be forced to seek government assistance to buy food, and pay bills...which means you must always be at their mercy.

Because right now most Americans could not pass the job test the Chinese give to the custodians. We are that far behind. If you are going to be helpful to your students, you have to push yourself as well. The trick is to take the courses that you can see will best benefit you and those you will be teaching at the same time.

If you're a teacher, you're paid for it.
The kids have to go because if we had an undeducated population we would be a 3rd world country.

Man is a social animal. he is gifted with intelligence which is not given to any other creature on this earth. we should use it in a more useful way so that we can live in comfort. these useful ways to use intelligence are taught in a school. thats why we have to go to school.
