i got mcafee..and when i try to go to scan for viruses it just brings a internal script error or w/e and wont let me do it..? wats rong?

Within the past day, my computer has started typing on its own? It dont matter where, Outlook, AIM, Message Boards, etc. Just anywhere I have the cursor clicked, and where typing is allowed to happen.

The only thing I did was set up my outlook the other day, but thats all!



I have run virus and trojan checks, and they come back negative.

It types actual words and such, but they seem to form a sentence, though not a rational one, or a well educated one at that.

Last thing it typed was (minus the quotations):

"a a new a way to a man who have a way to the new a new man a a a man a a new"


I thought I was going crazy, but I saw another post where someone had the same problem, and it typed just as odd of a phrase.

Any ideas? Help or suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

I had some sensative business work on my pc, I deleted it and the cookies , for security reasons, can it still be gotten from my hard drive, if it were in the wrong hands?

It is not a problem with my firewall or antivirus. Its not even my router. My internet works like utorrent but intenet explorer wont work after about 15 minutes when I restart the computer it works. How do I fix this.

Monitor keeps blinking in & out I've run anti-virus& anti-spyware with no threats discovered. When I disconnect my daughters pc from the network it's resolved. She has norton security 2007 running with nothing detected. This problem occurs on multiple os across our network. 98se, xp @ even vista but to a much lesser degree. At the worst screen goes blank as if the pc is not even turned on. Please help!

I have Avast On-Access Scanner and also Spybot running. Do I need some other firewall or will this provide good enough security for me to general surfing chatting internet work? Thanks for you responses.

my computer keeps saying something like "forfeit the game" i got hacked a few days ago but rebooted deleting both hard drives! should i be worried or what? i run a virus program (avg 7.5) but it doesn't find anything! im running windows xp sp1, i have aim open, and mozilla at pbnation.com! I have a laptop I use at work which our IT department has remoted to before to work on some stuff. I have a feeling a partciular IT person may be spying on me (which of course I know is fine, but I feel it's a vendetta). How can I tell if/when they are remoting to my desktop/laptop and watching what I'm doing?

Not the pop ups that say to give you your email. Sites like Free Xbox 360 and such. They say that companys pay them to do surveys.
Please only answer if you have actually entered on one of these sites and recieved a 360.

I got 2 in 2 days! almost had me on the first one. the second one I was able to track down with whois.net and sent him a nasty email. Always check that the address you go to is really paypal.
