Why does www.noadware.net not work?

When ever I go onto adware protection sites such as noaware.net, the screen resets and blanks? Is this some virus tht prevents me downloading any protection packages and what is the solution? Thank you

Most likely yes. You'll have to get it from another cpomputer user, or you can go to download.com and download the antivirus from there.
