No, you would have to give out personal information on some webpages that ask for your name, address, telephone, and gender. (they claim that they will not give it out to any third party sources). You really can't trust their word.

If you are performing criminal activities on your pc, then the police, can obtain a warrant to have your Internet Service Provider release the tapes with all your data.

And then they will find out where you live and come and either arrest your or take your pc away for investigations.

MI5 / CIA probably. If you're thinking of a random malicious hacker, it's *possible*, if you have the info on your pc. But if you mean someone specifically targetting you, no, it's very unlikely, especially if you have adequate security, .i.e. good anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, regularly updated and run.

Of course, if you've given out the information on a forum, etc...
