How to find out the identity of the computer from which my email account has been accessed illegally because I believe my mail account has been accessesed by someone who has come accorss my Yahoo mail password accidentaly.I want to know whether portals like Yahoo maitain email login database and for howlong.

I want to know if there is a way to get my pandaantivirus to start automatically when I turn on my computer, because I had another antivirus that would start that way before on my pc and it was very convenient for when someone else uses my computer and they forget to turn on the antivirus before entering internet. When it started to ask me to verify a subcribtion i thought i would just have to type in my info and it would continue service but McAfee wants me to spend alot of money just continue a service. Friends and I have received emails from someone that shows up using my IP address but I know for sure the person does not have access to my computer (they did at one time but that has been several months ago). How can someone send emails from another computer through my own computer so that it shows the email coming from my IP address? The person lives in another state so I know they aren't using my connection. I’m really confused about this whole ordeal. Can someone help explain?

These are professional hackers that a Texas law firm hired to harass me indefinitely. My AVG free edition deleted several important files and put htem in its virus vault. I tried restoring them. They get restored but when i try opening files like "winamp.exe" I get a message saying i don't have the permision!!
