Free software to clean my Mac?

I use Crap Cleaner on my PC, is there a compatable version for the mac or an equivalent?

By the way, this is not a big problem on a Mac or basic UNIX system. It doesn't have so many odd places to hide stuff and most installers don't put files here and there like in Windows.
