a hacker does not need access to your computer to get your account password.
If they know your login, they can ask yahoo if every combination of characters is your password. This is called brute force cracking. I would recommend getting a new account.
If they're still doing it, that would mean that you would most likely have some sort of keylogger on your machine. Go here and download AdAware for a virus scan:

write a email to yahoo, or find their numbers and call them. You say hat a law firm hierd them to hack you? Do you have proof of this? If you do take your proof to the police and press charges for invasion of privacy and any other thing that they are doing illegal to you. Make sure to change your answers on the forgat your password so that they cant get it that way. Also run a antispyware program on your computer, put up a fierwall and make sure your computer is safe. If they are in your computer they could be running a program that records everything you do as well as anything you typ

If it is your Yahoo email account you can ask Yahoo to get information on the hackers IP address .
Then you can trace it backwards.( How do you know they are hackers.)
I would create another non-yahoo account, like Gmail it too is also free.

yes, as stated above, you most likely have a keylogger on your computer. this is a program that records what you type on your keyboard, then is accessed by hackers. from there, they can easily learn your password, even if you change it. you should go to...

and download the far right column program.
i use this program, and i haven't had any issues with it.

Sounds like a keylogger to me also,
I use Spysweeper http://send.onenetworkdirect.net/z/9229/CD86771/
Also, get a hardware firewall. Its a DSL / Cable router. It won't let them in your computer period. But if you have a keylogger on your computer, you have to get it off first. Then you won't get one again with the Firewall Router. Most of the firewalls will let you know who is trying to access your computer with log files. You can then find THEIR IP address and report them.

get an IP address tracker. if you can track that down, you can go to the police and have their ISP block them.
and it might be a good idea to have multiple firewalls running; yes it slows your PC down, but it feels better to be secure.

Maybe, while you were asleep, one dark rainy night,
they crept into your house, and after eating a sandwich
and a cold beer, they installed a keylogger on your PC!
