No use crying over split milk.
Change your Yahoo mail password immediately.
Yahoo cannot help and nobody can find out the person who logged in with your ID and Password ? And assuming you can, you cannot prove it If any abusive emails has been sent, and you find them in the Sent folder, , send your apologies to all concerned. , stating that the messages were originated by somebody else misusing your ID.

Likely privacy concerns will be an issue for you here. Unless legally obligated, they should not turn over any information to you, even if it relates to your login account. About all you can do, without involving police or lawyers, is change your password to something more complex and never share it out with anyone.

This would be rather difficult to do without hiring an attorney and getting a court order for Yahoo! to hand over those records. they do keep a IP log for a good while when someone logs into any Y! service. Best thing you could do is to change your password.
