I am running the file sharing program, Limewire. Norton keeps giving me these security messages. I know that Limewire isnt bad software, becuase I have used it heaps before. How can I stop getting these messages?

i am chatting with these person on my YM..and he want me to go undress and i will not do that coz im not that type of woman..and he got angry to me..he told me that he had seen my pictures on my yahoo photos and read my messages without my permission.. i need justice..and i want some actions from yahoo managent in philippines.he even deleted my list of friends without any permission from me..and he can do more than that...hoiw can i give my trust to yahoo?can you find this person using nyoy bulate YM id..

I have slow broadband service and suspect that someone has remote access to my computer. ie screensaver is suddenly

I logged-on to my computer one day, and instead of my homepage, my computer took me to a porn site. I used E-Machines (Ghost) to remove the hacker. I'am not sure it's gone. Is there a way to be sure?

i am getting alot of popups for spyware protection and i can not figure out how to get it to stop. i was wondering if there is a way to delete it off my computer. it is getting so bad i cant get on it. if you know how to delete it please help

i dont know what i have on my computer but it keeps on saying that i have spy ware on it and it tries to sell me a program, i have spy-bot, and and adware se, also have norton anti virus and zone alarm pro i have ran all a few times and got rid of all spy ware and ad ware but it still shows up, how can i get rid of it

I am being attacked with by Nigerian internet scammers since I foiled many of their attempts and essentially scammed them and beat them at their own game. Now I was attacked by the classic 419 scam nammed after the Nigerian penial code by someone from UK with a new email address. I wanted to get the address back of the original scammer and report this to the authorities. I will propable have to cancel my current email.

How much of your personal info is transmitted to web sights , blogs , etc... when you visit them ? Security software is supposed to keep the monsters out , but when you visit sights without regestering , is anything being sent like your IP # or other info ? Just curious ...

They can be deleted from the yahoo site but still show up under your list of questions on My Q/A albeit in a lighter colored font. Can they be totally wiped out? I guess nothing ever is once it is in cyberspace.

I have downloaded the free Avg. and after a scan it says I have 5 viruses embedded. How do I clean them off as it looks like avg can't remove them if it says "embedded". I have also downloaded the free zonealarm and it seems to be working but need to get rid of the viruses.

I was an evaluation tester for a program called "Socket Shield". This company Exploit Prevention Labs., believes that no spyware or antivirus progam can protect you from the so-called, "Dooms Day Attack".

Had no problem or conflicts with Windows XP Prof., on my system while testing this software.

For being one of many testers they have given six months free use.

All you experts out there, do you think this is a program that can really protect you from the unknown or just a scare tactic to get the lay person to purchase. (Myself I have no intentions to purchase). As I don't see what purpose this software can do that may to protect you from an unknown threat.

I haven't used any p2p programs or anything remotely like it yet my spybot S&D finds it when it scans but can't remove it. I googled it, and found a registry file listed that the site claims must be removed to rid it from PC my but when I try to do this it says the file is in use and denies access to deleting it. My pc is running really slowly and not performing well at all - I'm sure it's connected to this Bearshare. What can I do? I'm a complete novice when it comes to computers - but I need it working as I'm a student and rely on it! Thanks.
