It may be in your email programs trash/deleted folder?

Chances are, you didn't shred the file, which means that it wasn't overwritten with 1's and 0's...So, you are in luck. I use a freeware program called Free Undelete to recover deleted files. So far, so good. I've been able to recover everything so far. You can download it for free at: http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/.
