hi, key-logger is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

They are downloaded and installed like anyother program. Either via an internet connection or a floppydisk/CD. Any one who has physical access to a computer can install one if they really want to. Also a hardware device can be installed between the keyboard and computer to log all keystrokes. Again this requires
physical access to install, then remove and inspect.

It is also possible to download a virus or trojan from the internet
that records keystrokes and other data and emails it to another locale. Strong antivirus measures are always needed.
