You may have to look back at your e mail history to check what e mails this person has sent you. If you deleted all your e mails, you may be in trouble. Try to remember the contact.

If you save a lot of your emails, use yahoo's built-in search feature, hopefully you will have an old e-mail with the persons contact info. first search for their last name, first name or maybe a subject that the person wrote to you about. i had to do this before when i did the same thing and was able to get the contact back in seconds.
