I get all my e-mail through yahoo and I just mark it as spam when I get it. Pretty soon (in a week or so) you'll stop receiving it almost entirely. Every couple of months you'll have to go in to your blocked addressed and clear them out but that only takes a few minutes. It is really quite convenient to always use yahoo. You can even link your other addressed to your yahoo address.
