hi, perhaps somebody change your IE settings to block some sit. i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

Your employer is holding all of the cards on that one. The blocking is probably being done by a content filter or a firewall. Either way all traffic is\can be logged. So even if you are able to make it around the site which would be difficult. It would be logged. Also circumventing computer procedures\safegards is considered a breach in security and ethics. It is grounds for termination.
