if you have control over it, deactivate it partially. (deactivate the ports you need to stream your naruto episodes)

if you don't have control over it, then you'r in deep sh**

PS: when I was still at school, there was a firewall I couldn't control that prevented me from using bittorrent and other p2p softwares, so the only way I could watch my naruto episodes was to download them from html servers.
I still use them from time to time:
check out the following websites:
http://narutocentral.com/ (inscritpion is free - 40mb episodes - low quality)
http://naruto-kun.com/ (free inscription - 200mb episodes, straight out of Dattebayo)
http://www.narutochaos.com/ (same as naruto kun, but only very last episode can be downloaded for free, I think)

obviuosly, the episodes that have been licensed aren't there anymore, so yuo'll need another source for them.

hope this helps.

Since not everyone uses the same firewall and you did not tell us what firewall you use.. It would be difficult to give you a logical answer.

Some fire walls have settings on, like how much you want the firewall to block, set it to standard or if that doesn't work you can turn it off, but i don't reccomend that.

On Windows, go to tools, then internet options on your Internet Explorer page and you can do almost anything from there. Fool around with it and see what happens.
