I have tons of cookies on my computer, can i safely delete them all,will that help to protect me from spyware .....adware etc. Will it speed up the computer?? do i need cookies? Im no computer wizz, so if you can help please do.

I installed this program on a trial period. Once the trial was up, it won't let me delete, it just keeps asking for registration keys and codes. I have tried side step, but they wont help. how do I get rid of this program?

I'm pretty sick and tired of Norton Internet Security. It's always running and slowing down my laptop. How likely is it that a hacker will get into my computer if I don't have any firewalls or a virus will mess up my files if I don't have an antivirus software?

I heard it works for password hacking in windows xp.

this Virus Creates an additional shortcut of all folder as an exe file ...
I am using the norton antivirus 2oo2 ... i updated it with the latest Virus defnitions ... and scanned my hardisk in safe mode... it detected more than 1000 viruses ... and quarentined them ... and it could not quarantine or ... repair .. .winlogon.exe, lass.exe , services.exe.... this 3 files are infected and left the same...
Now after resatarting the systems does not show that the above three files are infected... but as told b4 the virus keeps on creating the shortcut as exe... not reports that as virus alert ... and i have to keep on ckiking on the virus alert for more than thousad files....

Can any one tell me how to completley remove this virus... i am really getting irritated as it affects my whole buisness...
