if you know it go to admin and reset (remove) in control panel
and if you donot remember it and want to change it:
run cmd prompt and then
write in:
net user administrator 123
now admin's pass is 123!

contact ur webdevelopers, they will open admin details form (database) and find out the admin ID and password...

depends...............if its the system password..it come when you start the pc and comes before windows starts, when you boot ( thats the bios password)......or is it the windows password.
if its the bios one then open your pc unit ant you'll see a circular battery in the motherboard,(like a watches) remove it, then replace it, all bios memory is removed, thus no password.
if its a windows one...........then though luck........format and reinstall windows or upgrade it.
