if you have a router, most router's configuration page has some to block certain websites. if you do have a router, look under the router for an IP address. some thing like 192.168.0.1. type the number you see under your router into a web browser. type in admin for the name, and nothing for the password, and click okay. browse around for parental controls, blocked sites, ect. not all router config pages are the same, so i dont know exactly where to go.
