All i can tell you is i have a nvidia geforce4 420mx, i want a new card, and i need to know if its PCI AGP or PCI express, the slot for it is green and longer than all the other connecters for the network card, sound card etc. HELP!

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy a little over a month ago, (HP Laptop, Windows Vista Home Premium), however, it continues to get the blue screen of death while no programs are even running (even after it's been reformatted)!! I tried to take it back, as I don't want a buggy laptop, but they assured me they'd fix it. I got it back, with the same problem (repeat x2). Now, all I want is my money back. Is there anything that I could possibly do to get:
A) My money back
B) Store Credit
or (unpreferably)
C) A new computer of the same model?

I find that weird. Every other CD or DVD burner i've bought before has had a red and a green light alternating. When it's reading a disc, it's green. When it's writing to the disc, it's red. This new Liteon drive i bought has just a green light flashing, for reading OR writing.

I've never had a Liteon drive. Is this quirky design flaw a foreshadowing of things to come? In other words, did i make a bad purchase, or are these good drives?

can I buy a mouse that doesn't use a "ball" and uses a light, that is not a USB one, I only have two USB ports on my comp and they are both used by webcam and printer. So I want to buy one that uses the normal slot for a mouse (I think its called serial)

I want to write an assembly language program to perform the logical AND operation on two operands. One operand should be the word (16 bits) held in memory locations 1000 and 1001.

Hi.
I have a Compaq laptop which has a processor speed of 1600MHz and currently has a 256Mb stick of RAM inside.
I was wanting to add some RAM to one of the spare slots in my laptop, but my PC info tells me that my laptop's total capacity is only for 256Mb of RAM.
Would I be tempting trouble if I add another 256Mb of RAM in the spare slot, thus giving me 512Mb altogether? IS the computer likely to work ok still?
