I have a ton of DVDs and regular cases are taking too much space....do those flip folder DVD cases do damage to the discs? I wouldn't think they'd be as gentle as a regular case, but I'm not sure.

I have a Dell 962 printer. I have just replaced the black ink cartridge. Yet I still get a message saying the ink level is low.
Anyone know how to resolve this? The print quality is fine.

Hello, I have an 80 GB hard drive laptop and have started putting media on it to transfer to my Ipod. I got a warning saying that I was almost out of disk space. This cant be because I only have like 25 GB of media in music and video folder (thats whats on my Ipod). I am not very savvy in tech-speak so if you could explain easily. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Which brand is more respected - Western Digital or Lacie. Which of the two is just universally known to be better. Or is there a hard drive brand which is just the 'best'? I'm looking for a external desktop hard drive, around 500gb to reliably, very reliably put my music and important documents on.

How do i get my webcam on my hp pavillion notebook to work?
i just bought a hp pavillion dv2225vr notebook with built in webcam running vista premium. but, i can't find any program or feature to utilize it, even tried windows photo gallery to try to "import from camera or source". the only way my webcam works is when i log onto yahoo messenger and "view webcam", but that's the only way it works, but no editing features, HELP!

My stepdaughter likes to keep aim running all the time. This prevents the computer from standing by. I turn off aim, she turns it back on, etc. Is there any way to force the computer to standby after so many minutes even though there is a program (such as a game, internet explorer, or aim, etc) running? Thanks.
