I have windows xp current c uni its 19GB and new one is 120GB

Tell me the name of the hard drive and ill get you a link to the manufacturers web site with the free tools you need to copy the entire drive to the new one, just edit your question to include who the new drive is made by.....and you wont have to worry about losing any of that important data to some poorly written free program, or spend alot of time manually moving file by file.....

Pull the old hard drive and hold onto it. Install the new harddrive and reinstall Windows. Once windows is installed put drive back in as a secondary drive on the Primary cable. Once you restart Windows will recognize the new drive and you can move your data from the old drive to the new one.

Wow, thats a very technical question. You would have to copy over all the data, mod the system volume information, etc.
Unless theres a program I dont know about, I dont think you can.
