Yea, I would say take it bak to the store u bought it from and see if they can get it work.. it could be DOA or simply u are overlooking something very simple. Best of luck!

You probably need to get a new driver from the manufacturer. You didn't say exactly what the circumstances were that made it quit, so I think you have a corrupted printer driver. You'll need to get that driver, delete your current printer from the printers menu, then reinstall per the manufacturer's instructions.

Our network usb cable is always coming loose at the back of the printer. Be sure to check that. Then go online and upload the current driver, restart and see if that works.

Make sure you are getting power to the printer and that the cable is installed correctly. Also, try uninstalling and the re-installing with the cd that came with it. If it doesn't work I would exchange it.

uninstall all of your printer software on your hard drive and reinstall the software again!. give that a try!. if the same problem come's up contact the product support team of the product, and get a new printer.

Just re-install the CD of the printer and well see. My printer ( HP ) sometimes crazy but I re-intall it then it works normally then.

If you still have the receipt for it (Return It!!!!!!!) I hope its not an HP printer because their printers are usually very good.
