How do I get my cd drive to quit doing whatever it is doing...It is a compaq presario R3000 laptop...I am trying to burn a cd that I purchased on Itunes, and it is saying that my burner is in use by another application...I need some help, thank you.

don't know much about tunes, but if you find the files you can drag and drop them onto the CD thus by-passing itunes.

i tryied to use itunes for burning. and it sucks. i use roxio. its good. nice and simple
