I have a AMD Athlon xp 2400, 2.00 GHz, 480 MB of RAM, 40 GB Hardrive, Lexmark printer, Hp speakers, IBM Monitor 15", Mouse and keyboard plus it has Microsoft Windows XP Professional virsion 2002 system.

Just go out and look at the prices of new computers. Then consider what someone has to pay for new with warranty and what they will spend on used without. My guess would be $200-$300 . That or give it to a family member who doesn't have one. Or give it to a church and claim it as a deduction on your taxes.

im curious what configuration of ram would add up to 480. that being said you computer is VERY outdated. it maybe technically be worth something around 300 dollars but its unlikely it would sell for that much

Your computer is worth exactly the highest offer you receive for it. With so many updates and the (relative) low cost of upgrades, apart from the OS, your machine is obsolete and only fit for upgrading.
