Is a toughbook really made for the military,is that the reason it was called toughbook?Is a toughbook provides internet connection even you are outdoors(anywhere) like in a park?Please help me i really need to know the answer......

I've heard bad things about cheap TV tuner cards but don't want to break for an expensive one. Is there anywhere that I can get an adapter to turn a coaxial signal into anything that can run on an LG L206WTY-BF? Or is there anywhere I can get an HDTV for less than $250 with at least a 20'' widescreen that will connect to a computer?

I have separate paragraphs (on the same page) for each state. How can I make it so that if you click on a state, it will bring you down to the states' paragraph?
